1. Appointments & Bookings

We encourage all clients to book in advance to secure their preferred time and stylist.

Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or in person.

For all colour services, a consultation may be required prior to your first visit.

A deposit may be required for select services or high-demand periods.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in declined future bookings.
3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Service pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, stylist level, and time required.

Final quotes will be confirmed during your in-salon consultation prior to service commencement.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Service Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

We are happy to offer a free correction service, provided it aligns with the original consultation and service agreement.

We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
5. Promotions & Gift Vouchers

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may have specific terms.

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
6. Retail Products

Retail purchases can be returned within 7 days for a salon credit if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on used products unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Children & Guests

While we are a welcoming space, we kindly ask that young children be supervised at all times.

Due to limited space and safety considerations, we recommend that only the person receiving the service remains in the salon area.
8. Health & Safety

Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

We reserve the right to refuse service where there is a health or safety risk.
